Heading out for one last day at the races, Kelly Brook was spotted looking fabulous as she strutted into the Royal Ascot in England on Saturday (June 23). The gorgeous brunette model looked stunning in a white floral print Jacques Azagary designed dress, nude heels and a fabulous big white Philip Treacy hat as she made her way into the Ascot Racecourse with two friends and a male escort. As the 32-year-old Playmate headed in for the fun day, she took to her Twitter page posting a picture of herself and her friends in the back of their taxi with a caption reading, "On our way to the Royal Enclosure #Ascot," as well as previously thanking the designers for her beautiful outfit tweeting, "Getting ready Jacques Azagury and Philip Tracey thank you for my beautiful Couture pieces #RoyslAscot." Speaking of her flawless appearance, the brunette beauty recently opened up to Look Magazine about how she keeps her enviable figure saying, "I try to workout a couple of times a week, if I have time. Core fitness is really important, so I do pilates or yoga once a week. I have to work hard on my stomach and legs and I do a lot of cardio if I want to tone up fast." Besides hitting the gym, Kelly says there aren't many more secrets and dieting isn't for her explaining, "If you're doing a diet for six weeks, there's no point you'll be back where you started soon after you stop. I could never cut out a food group like diary, it's not sustainable. You need a healthy relationship with your whole lifestyle."
