Meet Garrett Hedlund, the 28-year-old star of On the Road, who was born on a farm in Minnesota. From those humble beginnings, he starred as Dean Moriarty in the film version of Jack Kerouac’s most famous beatnik tale, and picked up an A-list girlfriend along the way: Kirsten Dunst.
