HUNGER Games film babe Jennifer Lawrence was last night battling pneumonia — sparking fears she will be too sick to attend the Oscars.
The Hollywood beauty, 22, is up for a Best Actress gong next month for her new film Silver Linings Playbook.
Jennifer — who shot to fame as Raven in X-Men — was yesterday too ill to pick up a best actress award at another ceremony in Los Angeles.
Pal Jackie Weaver collected it on her behalf, telling a stunned audience: "She is very ill — she has pneumonia."
A guest said: "Everyone was shellshocked. With these ceremonies, when people claim to be ill sometimes there is doubt how unwell someone is.
"But when Jackie said Jennifer had pneumonia it sent a chilled hush around the room."
